Responsibilities:
  • Able to organize and successfully execute multiple projects of varying sizes and scope, in all phases of completion, with multiple inputs from the client, coworkers, vendor partners, etc.
  • Ability to rapidly and seamlessly transition between them, and quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to identify, analyze, prioritize and address risks associated with project work
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles
  • Extensive experience with ALM (application lifecycle management)
  • Extensive experience of working in a digital + mobile environment
  • Well versed in agile methodologies with solid experience in managing & driving agile projects while working closely with technology managers
  • Proven experience and expertise with JIRA for agile project management
  • Able to organize and successfully execute multiple projects of varying sizes and scope, in all phases of completion, with multiple inputs from the client, coworkers, vendor partners, etc.
  • Has to ensure that risks and problems are identified before they occur and take steps to prevent them.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety/goal oriented, and follow-through skills in a fast paced environment
  • Initiative and decisiveness to develop and successfully execute projects, sometimes with limited input(s)
  • Ability to suggest and deliver creative and innovative solutions Must be able to communicate very well with customers, staff, vendor partners and employees using all commonly utilized means, including verbal (one-on-one / face-to-face, group presentations, mobile, teleconference, etc.), written (email, text, instant messaging, etc.).
  • Self-starter with ability to communicate problem statements and assess innovative solutions
  • Well organized, hard worker, team player with a "can do” attitude
  • Scrum Master certification
