NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a Documentation Process Analyst to support our client in, Whitehouse Station, NJ
Contract 7+ months with full time hire

  • Insurance Company Client is looking for a Process Analyst with experience in the P&C industry (commercial preferred but not required). 
  • The role is in support of their Small Commercial business line and will be responsible for documenting processes and workflows (i.e. the life cycle of inventory managment, operation systems, internal and external processes and procedures), identifying different parties involved in the  process (Underwriters, Underwriting associates, Customer Service Reps, etc.), documenting hand offs and roles and responsibilities. 
  • Documentation will be done using Excel and Visio so solid experience with MS Office Suite is required.  The immediate focus will be on their commercial casualty line, which consists of workers comp and auto. 
  • Process Analyst will need to perform analysis and understand the different components of a policy life cycle. 
  • Candidate will possess business process knowledge in this domain. 
  • Analytical and work on end to end projects
