3-4 month contract (extensions possible)

** You must be ready and able to start on 8/14! **

Our client - a major insurance and financial services firm - is looking for an independent Desktop Support tech at their Bethlehem, PA location starting immediately. This will be to upgrade department laptops to Windows 10, as well as provide related support.
  • Able to add licensed prepackaged software already on the network.
  • Update tickets in the Service Now tool.
  • May be asked to do some light technical support work as well, possible break fix
  • 2-3 years of experience working with MS Windows, Office 2016, VPN's, imaging software
  • Some level of Windows 10 experience
  • Any SCCM and/or MAC exposure is a plus
