Responsibilities:
  • Advise engineering & business stakeholders on best practices, compatibility issues and tradeoffs
  • Manage version control for source code across teams
  • Work as a configuration controller and tool administrator for TFS
  • Bridge the gap between engineering and product, working equally well with Designers and Project Management
  • Write clean, tested, and well-structured code
 
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • BS or above in Computer Science or related field
  • Comfortable with a variety of Team Foundation Server
  • Ability to easily move between backend and frontend technologies
  • Openness to new technologies and creative solutions
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced high growth startup environment
 
 
Preferred Requirements
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Artifactory, XML, BitBucket, Groovy, Maven, Docker, Confluence, JIRA, Perl, ServiceNow, database deployment, and SCM
  • Contribution to source code management
  • Have good working exposure on LINUX and Windows platform.
  • Highly experienced on TFS, MS Build and Power shell.
  • Experienced in planning, installation and administration of Subversion on Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Handling version control through Subversion, GIT.
  • Significant experience on Bitbucket.
  • Good experience in Build Tools Ant and MAVEN
  • Worked on Ticketing Tools such as Jira.
  • Maintaining Sonar as Code review tool.
  • Handling Continuous Integration builds and deployments using Jenkins and Hudson.
  • Creating Nightly and Daily builds in every environment.
  • Good working experience on Docker Engine.
  • Knowledge on Configuration management tool Chef.
  • Good exposer in writing scripts Bash & Perl for automation.
  • Work with Development Teams and Testing Teams to establish a build schedule, execute the builds and troubleshoot build failures, if any.
  • Effective and efficient workability, independently or as a part of team.
  • Maintain good communication with all end users and other members of the technical team.
