Job Responsibilities:
  • 35% hours to gross payroll in requirements meetings for Ultipro/UTA vendor solution
  • 30% management of system interfaces design and development for Ultipro/UTA vendor solution
  • 25% hours to gross payroll in requirements meetings for entertainment payroll vendor solution
  • 10% user acceptance testing with entertainment payroll vendor in preparation for 1-Jan-2018 go live (FYI, user acceptance testing and go live for Ultipro/UTA vendor solution takes place after the backfill engagement ends)
Required Experience:
  1. Either Infor/Workbrain hours to gross payroll system or Ultimate UTA hours to gross payroll system
  2. Proficient in MS Excel
  3. Effective communication and ability to work with strong team personalities
  4. Some project management experience
Desired Experience:
  1. Entertainment specific payroll processing
  2. Ultimate Ultipro gross to net payroll system
