You will work as part of a team or individually, providing expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and / or upgrades of the Infor Lawson HRM (S3) or Talent Management application suites along with project leadership and HR / Payroll practical expertise. The Senior Consultant will work directly with client staff providing hands-on leadership, process design, application build support, training, testing, go-live support and change management. Prior demonstrated experience with Infor Lawson HRM (S3)

Full or partial suite implementation and/or upgrade experience preferred with Infor Talent Management including any of the following modules:
  • Global Human Resources
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Compensation Management
  • Goal & Performance Management
  • Development Planning
  • Succession Management
