  • Telecom request for new build outs and transfers
  • Printer installations
  • Understanding of standing up virtual add physical Servers
  • Office Consolidations
  • Forward thinking
  • Ability to work on multiple build outs at once
  • Strong Risk and Change management
  • Possess executive presence – Work closely with leadership
  • Ability to be objective
  • Ability to quickly become the trusted advisor with leadership and vendors
  • Understanding of how global changes could impact the build out
  • Self-starter
  • Fast learner
  • Be able to work with Senior Execs but also the guys delivering off the truck
  • They are in charge of the entire move and build out from carpet to servers, phones, printers. Everything for a move from the ground up
  • Can be an entire building or an floor in an office
  • A layout for 30 people to 300 people
  • Based out of Hermitage
  • Working on at least 3-5 build outs can be at the same time or around the same time
  • Two Sr. Real Estate PMs are already working on this
  • Immediate need ( be able to start in two weeks)
  • Nice to haves
    • Prior Deloitte experience a plus
    • Federal office build out experience
Possible travel +/- 15%
