NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a HealthEdge/HealthRules Consultant to support our client in Minnetonka, MN.

Description:

The HealthEdge/HealthRules Consultant is responsible for establishing and developing overall strategies, priorities, guidelines and goals in support of platform services business needs and objectives. In addition this position will be responsible for working with key business partners to establish criteria related to application development performance and work with all areas within IT to ensure the appropriate framework and capabilities are in place to monitor, trend and remediate platform issues. This position will be responsible for evaluating the organizations capabilities and technologies related to monitoring, performance goals and remediating performance issues through working with teams to establish roadmaps, minimum quality standards, technology considerations, budgetary plans, execution and prioritization. This role will also establish appropriate pro-active reporting and provide regular feedback to business and IT teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of supporting healthcare claims experience
  • 2 years of experience working within HealthEdge platform
  • 3 years of experience within UNIX/LINUX
  • 3 years of experience writing SQL queries
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven ability to work/communicate with customers across technical teams
  • Specific understanding of HealthEdge technologies and architecture
  • Broad understanding of healthcare claims process and development
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Works independently, self-motivated, and deadline driven
  • Effective when working under pressure and delivering to high standards within tight deadlines
