NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a Trade Mark Brand Manager to support our client in Miami, FL. This position can sit remote 70% of the time but will require travel to Miami and Latina America 30% of the time.

Position Overview:
The Trade Mark Brand Manager will support the Trade Mark Director to develop the client's brands across Latin America. They will lead brand strategy and go-to-market activation plans including the delivery of best in class marketing tools. Responsibilities include, developing consumer communication & activation plans. Support the client's trade marks in the implementation of consistent brand positioning therein, both in communications and across all consumer touch-points.

Key Job Duties:
Provides brand support and insight to the annual operating plan development, go-to market communication and activation plans:
  • Act as the key link between country teams and global teams to ensure assets are leveraged effectively and that global has a clear understanding of local market requirements
  • Ensure the brand/channel strategies are communicated in such a way that it facilitates execution with the clients commercial team and partners
  • Develop and maintain positive, constructive business building relationships with internal team members, Central Marketing, commercial team and key stakeholders
  • Supports sales and distributor meetings (planning, organizing, facilitation)
  • Responsible for marketing budget management
  • Manage POS fulfillment for the Business unit
  • Digital asset management of the graphics and media library
  • Drive brand innovation and build tools and communication to sustain brand health.
  • Support agency communication and project management.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • A relevant 4 year degree with 5-7 years sales/marketing experience within a blue chip consumer goods company is required
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage a broad range of marketing tools including strategic development, and planning, budgeting, business analysis, advertising, promotions, merchandising and research and analysis
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Bilingual – Spanish & English
Preferences:
  • Major in International Marketing or Trade, MBA.
  • A Master's degree is preferred
  • Field, Brand or Customer marketing or Agency experience preferred
  • Sound business understanding including: brand, retail/channel, consumer strategies and 3-tier distribution system
