Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Duration: 6+ months

Must have:
Good knowledge of Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and Health Reimbursement account arrangements. Familiar with Healthcare Payer domain, Financial Services, and EFT/ACH payment terminology. Excellent communication and documentation ability. Ability to handle high volume of issues efficiently and adhere to existing process and assist with documenting new processes.
Nice to have: Analytical ability to efficiently triage submitted Incidents, Issues, and Requests. Technical background and familiarity will help ensure an efficient engagement between customers and Production Support.

Job Level Specific Duties
  • Support end users with great customer service and efficient resolution and/or ticket assignment
  • Experience with Ticketing Tools like Service Now, BMC Remedy, or Similar
  • Adherence to PE processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Create and collaborate on new Procedures and Documentation
