Director of Recruiting, Strategic Staffing
The Director of Recruiting is responsible for the overall execution of branch recruiting operations and the management of the Technical Recruiting team. Additional duties include the following;
  • On-going mentorship of Technical Recruiters
  • Devise and implement business recruitment strategies to ensure opportunities are internally supported for recruiting success
  • Keeping up with industry trends by attending functional / industry networking venues
  • Assist recruiting staff with crafting effective candidate sourcing methods based on the goals and needs of the team, and individual clients and prospects
  • Recruit for open positions, lead by example, champion the best practices, promote a professional, positive and respectful working environment.

Requirements:
  • Four year college degree in business related discipline
  • Minimum of 7+ years experience managing a recruiting team in the IT staffing industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a proven track record staffing high level candidates in Fortune 500 Companies
  • Experience in understanding business challenges, presenting custom solutions and negotiating rates
  • Coordinating with internal management and delivery teams
  • Must be well versed in methodologies for effective recruiting and building long-term account relationships


This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
