Resource Manager

This Resource Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient deployment of staff and personnel in support of successful engagement delivery direct impact on revenue. The Resource Manager will be responsible for making staffing assignments for client services employees, partnering with individual employees, their advisors and team leads, to appropriately allocate resources to ensure project success as well as appropriate career development opportunities. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and will require collaboration across functional lines, delivery teams, recruiting teams and executives. This leader will have a proven track record of working within multiple groups with different goals to drive to a logical consensus and positive business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Qualification
  • Proven success in strategic account management/sales experience (Ideal experience working with all levels of Human Resources departments)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections and demonstrate negotiation skills
  • Proficiency using CRM Platform is ideal
  • Prior background in cold calling, sales, and negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Highly motivated, self-directed professional
  • Prior experience in an agency staffing/resource/account management role
  • 5+ years of experience at a consulting/professional services firm desired, but not required
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Connect with NTT DATA Services Delivery teams across the country for their required temporary assignment requirements
  • Assess job descriptions with Delivery Staff members to develop sourcing criteria
  • Negotiate billing rates and educate Delivery teams on the IT Marketplace
  • Work with ATS (applicant tracking system), VMS (vendor management systems), and CRM
