Project Manager- Infrastructure Migration / Telecom

Our client is looking for an Infrastucture Project Manager to manage a migration from an inhouse support mechanism to a vendor who will manage this for our client. This PM will need to coodinate activities across 17 different locations and work with the vendor to succesffully migrate this part of the clients infrastructure. There is a high probability of follow on work.. In addition the PM needs to be comfortable reporting to Sr management and be able to provide updates on the project. Client needs someone available ASAP.
  • Strong Infrastructure project management experience, ideally telecom experience would make us happy
  • Should be comfortable dealing with Sr management and be comfortable delivering potentially bad news as well as good.
  • Prior experience dealing with Vendors, contracts, SLA's to hold them accountable.
  • No travel needed.
