My customer located in Oshkosh, WI has a 1 month contract position available for a Requirements Analyst. This role will be joining a 1+ year project to move from IBM DOORS to PTC Integrity as a new requirements management tool. This is a big step for the company to move to a more automated process. This role will take the processes documented by a Lead BA and set up the new tool.

You will serve as the technical resource for the DOORS 9.3 application. This position will be responsible for supporting internal customers by identifying, documenting, and maintaining requirements within DOORS and related requirement tools as applicable to the program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Administer and maintain DOORS application practices, standards and procedures
· Maintain Engineering Requirements practices, standards, and procedures.
· Lead technical support of DOORS 9.3 – requirements application
· Provide support to other departments and divisions as required on the Requirements process
· Support Customers and Engineering including identifying, documenting and managing requirements.
· Assist with requirements gathering on engineering projects
· Assist with preparing DOORS 9.3 data for migration to Integrity Life Cycle Manager and other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:


· Professional experience including acquisition process, requirements elicitation & requirements analysis.
· Excellent communication, process development, and documentation skills
· Critical abilities include consensus building and resolving stressful situations in a professional, composed, and constructive manner.
· Subject Matter Expert within DOORS Application
· Professional experience with CMMI® v1.3 for development
- experience with Integrity Life Cycle Manager or other requirement applications
- Experience with Integrity Life Cycle Manager or other requirement applications
