Join the HR community at Catalent where we work together to support the recruitment and development of skilled talent for 11 manufacturing facilities across the U.S. As a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) you will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The ideal person will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to frequently shift priorities and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as part of the primary scheduling contact for talent acquisition
Interview scheduling (phone and/or onsite)
Onsite/offsite interview planning and execution, planning/coordination
Coordination of candidate travel, as needed
Offer process management, including offer letter creation and relevant background testing/drug testing requirements, onboarding, etc.
Negotiate times and schedules to organize candidate interviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive assistants and administrative professionals
Record invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the department
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or equivalent major preferred, but not required
2 – 3 years previous experience in Recruitment Coordinator or related scheduling focused role.
Strong MS Outlook skills are required
Strong attention to detail is required
Prior experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking system is a strong plus
Interest in pursuing a career in human resources and/or recruiting is a plus
Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills is required
Proven capability to work independently and on a cross-site team
Must have the ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
Strong command of MS Office Products (Specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

Additional Job Details: Role is for minimum of 3 months with possibility of extension or conversion to FTE based on performance and budget approval. Role is very focused on interview scheduling and recruiting support. Candidates with broader skills, experience won't be a fit.
