Short Description:

The Help Desk Support will provide program help desk support to the Infant Hearing Program.

Complete Description:

The selected candidate will provide assistance for the Infant Hearing Program (IHP) Help Desk. They would be responsible for assisting and conducting continued provider/patient follow up and data entry, data conversion, data regression testing, database table construction, and testing related to current bugs and upcoming enhancements to the IHP Module utilizing Electronic Registration of Arkansas Vital Events (ERAVE).

2 year associate degree or 3 years of relative work experience

Arkansas hearing screenings are tracked using ERAVE. The duties and responsibilities listed below will be completed by the candidate to ensure the necessary IHP follow-up activities are not delayed or impeded:

-Proficient ERAVE user (training provided)
-Evaluate the effectiveness of program data system changes
-Support the IHP program development and system testing with ADH-ITS
-Perform follow-up actions (i.e. telephone calls, provider appointments, etc.) to parents, hospitals, and providers
-Perform data analysis and create reports using statistical software
-Provide technical assistance on data collection, surveillance, and analysis to other team members
