Complete Description:
The Social Media Team Lead is a highly visible role in our organization, responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a dedicated Customer Care/CRM Moderation Team. This person ensures that the functional requirements of the job are being adhered to with an eye towards providing an industry-leading customer service experience for our brands on Social Media. Key for success in this role includes ensuring an ongoing cohesive work unit and assisting in the onboarding of new team members.

This person is an individual that is passionate about Social Media as a communication and connection medium and they strive to make day-to-day social interactions with our customers smooth, seamless, and efficient. This position requires an individual to have Social Media customer care experience and can identify and utilize best practices (within and outside of the automotive industry).

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree (BA / BS in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications)

Experience: 1-2 years of various experience in, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Social, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or a related field.

Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Monitor project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations. Conducts analysis of management and operational problems and formulates improvement plans where necessary.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.
Monitors and reports on progress against established profit targets.
Monitors and conducts business analysis of program performance on an on-going basis.
