Monday – Friday (7.5hrs /Day)


Essential Requirements/Qualifications:
Strong Computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office
SAP Experience would be an asset
Good Communication and analytical skills
Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team oriented environment
Self-Motivated, able to work alone when needed

Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing orders, transfers, inventory and invoicing
Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks
Provides basic support for office staff by handling a wide variety of administrative duties
Handle special projects and assignments as required

Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equiv.
Office Administration Certificate or Minimum of 3-5 years exp. in an office administrative capacity
