Travel: Satellite clinics, may need to run supplies Will assist with answer a phone an booking member appointments, Mailing welcome letters to members, Monitoring patient attendances, outreach to patients, document member updates and other general admin tasks as assigned. Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have: 1. 1 Year of Electronic Medical Record experience 2. Has excellent computer skills as they will be working within our HealthConnect electronic medical record platform 3. Has current PC skills or the ability to learn and work with Microsoft office programs such as Excel & Word at least 1 year 4. Has very strong phone communication skills as the role will require talking to members over the phone to answer their questions and enroll them in classes 4).
