Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities will include managing the Canus Program, Capital Tools for Electric Operations, and the execution of Service Contracts in support of Electric Transmission. Canus • Weekly Invoicing • Run weekly and ad-hoc validations • Work with Canus to clear any blocked invoices • Help with the onboarding process for new hires • Run Monthly reports for external clients • Work with Canus to ensure headcounts are accurate and in sync • Update dashboards, graphs, and charts on a weekly basis Capital Tools • Work with Capital Tool Managers to upload new orders into database tables • Run weekly reports to give status updates to Leadership • Manage order entry and summary pages in Sharepoint • Process requisitions through purchasing software (ARIBA) • Request quotes from Vendors for Capital Tools which includes the negotiation of pricing. • Manage program in Access Database Contract Execution • Prepare Contracts, RFP's and other documentation for ET Service Requests including Substation, Transmission Line & Tower, Engineering, and various other Lines of Business. • Assimilate information from various sources and write comprehensive contracts based of the information provided. • Ensure contracts comply with company and departmental policies. This will require coordinating and interacting with PG&E's Purchasing and Law departments, as well as other departments as needed. • Negotiate pricing with Vendors for services requested. • Processing and managing the execution of Contract Change Orders
