Our Team
The Human Resources Service Center located in the Miamisburg, OH office supports all US and Canada hiring activities including offers, background check, hires and even I9 and eVerify activities.

Your Opportunity
Transformation is ongoing at Teradata and we have new systems and processes that you'll need to learn quickly. You must be comfortable with various technologies and willing to dig in and trouble-shoot. You are someone with an eye for detail and can juggle many balls at the same time. You thrive in an environment where change is constant and are a team player.
The Important Role You'll Play
Help us provide exceptional support to our recruiters and hiring managers through positive interactions, efficient service and problem solving.

Experience you need
• 2+ years of human resources administrative experience.
• High level skill in Word and Excel
• Experience working with key stakeholders at all levels - must be comfortable communicating directly with hiring managers
• A high competency level of expertise with technology and learning to work with new tools/applications
• Excellent communication skills, proven experience as a team player, and an understanding of how to effectively work with urgency
Hours per Day 8
Hours per Week 40
Total Hours 528.00

Duration: 3 months possible extension
Start Date: ASAP

Location: Teradata Miamisburg office

Description:

Will be working with DocuSign, spreadsheets and initiating and following up on background checks (not the checking itself). Need experience with Outlook and Excel.
