Responsibilities: Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Linux/Oracle (CRS) Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Eagan, MN. This is an on-site position with no telecommute possibilities. You will join the Midrange System Engineering team which is responsible for Unix / Linux server system design, automation solutions, establishing configuration standards, deployment, on-site and remote administration, user support, performance monitoring and tuning and capacity planning. This position will work independently resolving complex, escalated technical problems. Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: o Contribute to the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of high volume number of bare metal and virtual servers within the infrastructure. o Providing integral support for building, customizing, deploying and executing patching and server builds from creation and promotion along through automation tools such as Anisible, VMware infrastructures, and secure environments. o Manages problem or escalated tickets and tasks and out of cycle requests from systems/software owners. o Collects and presents data for reporting and planning. o Determines best tactical and/or long-term solution, formulate, implement, and maintain solutions. HOURS: 5/40 workweek
Requirements: Candidate must be a US Citizen/Perm Res/Green Card Holder (NO EAD HOLDER) with the ability to obtain Position Of Public Trust Clearance; AND worked in the USA for the last 7 years and verifiable.
