Job Duties
The purpose is to have an Administrative Clerk to conduct and maintain administrative tasks, provide outreach for community events, teach primary violence prevention classes to KAFB personnel on a daily basis for which the curriculum will be provided, classes will be approximately 1 hour in duration , administratively manage the training web page, complete data entry into the Violence Prevention Program (VPP) website, ordering of program marketing and office supplies, tracking of budget spending and administration support to the Violence Prevention Training Program.

(a) Responsibilities/Duties
  • An Administrative Clerk to conduct and maintain administrative tasks, provide outreach for community events, teach primary violence prevention classes to KAFB personnel, administratively manage the training web page, complete data entry into the VPP website, ordering of program marketing and office supplies, tracking of budget spending and administration support to the Violence Prevention Training Program.
  • The contractor shall be responsible for the accurate collection, input, inventory, maintenance and tracking of administrative requirements in the VPP. In coordination with the Violence Prevention Integrator, the contractor shall update VPP training calendar on VPP website and upload blank rosters. Contractor will correspond via email and telephone with KAFB personnel to schedule classes and coordinate a trainer for the classes. Contractor will provide VPP training classes on a daily basis. Contractors will review the attendance registration for classes and courses and ensure they are uploaded into the VPP website and provided to Base Education. Contractor will complete data pulls of current number of attendees at VPP training. Contractor will update VPP Coordinator spreadsheet to ensure Coordinators have met requirements to teach. Contractor will update budget spreadsheets and track dollar amount of expenditures for the VPP. The contractor shall meet weekly with the Program Managers to coordinate programs and services. The contractor shall report status of each of the services and identify any trends in service request weekly or as needed.

Qualification: The contractor shall provide personnel with the following minimum qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows, is required.
  • Must possess a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal English skills and a demonstrated ability to perform Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Must be capable of becoming proficient on other available resource software in order to maintain integrated reports using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • High level of proficiency in understanding of military protocol, structure, and chain of command. Must present a professional demeanor. Must possess the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Contractor personnel shall present a neat and professional appearance and wear business casual attire. Cell phone use will be kept to a minimum and shall not interfere with work duties.
