Short Description:
Project Coordinator - BS degree in business, communications, supply chain preferable but will consider other fields of study - 1 - 2 years directly related experience.

Complete Description:
Performs the roles of receptionist for a professional office as well as performs more complex administrative activities including special ordering for GTR, Leaf and customer critical parts for Nissan and Infiniti brand vehicles. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications. Provides assistance to other staff as needed. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills. May also possess specialized industry skill/knowledge or knowledge of foreign languages.

Performs a variety of complex, specialized administrative/clerical tasks in an assigned functional area or business unit. Acts as an information resource on departmental operations and policies. Gathers, complies and prepares reports on information relevant to assigned area.

2. Experience:

One to two years of directly related experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

3. Education:

A BS degree in business, communications, supply chain preferable but will consider other fields of study.
