Minimum 3-5 years experience in a business customer services environment. Skills: ? Strong interpersonal skills and good telephone manner ? Excellent typing and data entry skills ? Excellent oral and written communications skills ? Resourceful problem solving abilities ? Strong initiative and work ethic ? Ability to adapt in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment ? Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of a team ? Ability to deal with multiple personalities in a professional mannerAct as a liaison between the various Sales Departments and Customer Services Teams within the organization. ? Providing Sales Support to the Sales Representatives, with orders, client queries, contractual queries and information retrieval from different Departments within the company ? Review, verify and approve all sales orders to ensure compliance with Clients requirements for Delegation of Authority and contract requirements ? Providing administrative support as required by the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and other Department Leaders ? Interact with Insurance and Bond companies for the purposes of tracking and ordering Bonds and Insurance Certificates ? Assisting with the submittal of Legal Contracts, RFPs and tender documents to Clients Legal Department. ? Tracking Legal reviews an assisting the Sales Representatives, Area Sales Manager and Legal contract administrators as required in retrieving contract related information.
