Description:
The scope of this Order is to provide IT services that will support the Board's efforts to provide IT support to users and complete its IT Modernization efforts.

Duties:
  • Support multiple, simultaneous requirements efforts by assessing the business needs, defining goals and objectives, and decomposing requirements to successive levels of detail.
  • Develop, analyze and document business requirements using a business-process mapping approach that is tailored and targeted to a specific audience.
  • Effectively communicate and convey a thorough understanding of the requirements management lifecycle and hierarchy to stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage relationships and engagements with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and gather requirements.
  • Support Project Managers by tracking and reporting on project status for assigned projects.
  • Provide support in the design, testing, training, maintenance, and initial implementation of IT solutions as needed.
  • Create training materials and conduct training classes as needed.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years significant experience working with IT Projects.
  • Experience managing complex project analysis and business requirements.
