Description:
  • Two support engineers will serve full-time, for one year, to assist EM&M with House migrations to Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office 365 Pro Plus productivity applications.
  • Support will be required for iOS and Android devices running on the AirWatch platform.
  • The resources will be participating in the deployment an Identify management solution to secure desktops and mobile devices.
  • The is a requirement for these resources to provide support for the House transition by supporting other HIR organizations as it relates to EM&M technologies such as the coordination and deployment of mobile devices and apps.
  • These individuals will also be asked to create standard operating procedures, manipulate and analyze data and coordinate tasks for deliverables.

Duties:
The EMM Support Engineer will work directly with the Enterprise Messaging and Mobility Directorate performing the following duties:
  • Support migrations from on Premise Exchange to Office 365
  • Assist customers and other organizations within HIR to resolve incidents related to EM&M technologies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, research and document root causes and resolutions
  • Create standard operating procedures
  • Developing test plans and participate in testing of EM&M technologies
  • Assist in operations for EM&M technologies
  • Manage trouble tickets using Remedy ticketing system
  • Provide support for iOS and Android devices
  • Provide support for Office 365 Pro Plus, Office 365 productivity applications and mobile apps
  • Assist in transition activities related to EM&M technologies
  • Assist in the creation and tracking of tasks associated with EM&M projects

  • Candidates must have 3 years in AD account and email administration
  • Candidate must have 3 years supporting iOS and Android devices in organizations supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Candidate must have 3 years of experience supporting Office Productivity Apps
  • Candidate must have 3 years of experience providing customer support and managing trouble tickets
  • Candidate must have 1 year of project "coordination and tracking” experience
  • Candidate must have 1-year experience with Office 365 cloud services
  • Candidate must have 1 year of creating SOPs, and manipulating and Analyzing data, Excel spreadsheets.
