Description:
The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) House Information Resources (HIR) is seeking an identity management subject matter expert specializing in governance and access management to support HIR's Identity Governance & Administration Team.

One subject matter expert will serve full-time, to assist IG&A with activities relating to identity governance and administration. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the continued development and rollout of the House application used for managing identities, integrating applications related to identity data, establishing requirements and testing functionality, analyzing and documenting processes and procedures, identifying and reviewing new technologies, providing guidance on identity management, planning and executing identity project tasks, and assisting with architecting solutions. Areas of focus include: Identity related applications, Identity and Access Management, Identity as a Service especially relating to mobile devices, and Privileged Access Management. The selected individual will work with IG&A as well as other House organizations including teams responsible for applications, authentication, mobility, and security

Duties:
The identity subject matter expert will work directly with the Identity Governance & Administration (IG&A) team performing the following duties:
  • Supporting identity governance and access management
  • Supporting the continued maintenance and development of the House application used for managing identities
  • Integrating applications related to identity data, establishing requirements and testing functionality
  • Supporting the implementation of identity management as it relates to mobility
  • Providing guidance on identity management
  • Analyzing and documenting data, processes, procedures, and solutions
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies
  • Planning and executing identity project related tasks
  • Assisting with architecting solutions
  • Providing effective communication, both orally and in writing

Capability Requirements/Experience
The identity management subject matter expert will require at least five years of experience assisting enterprises with identity management, access management, and identity related technologies.
Experience / Ability / Knowledge with the following in an enterprise environment:
  • Identity governance policies and procedures
  • Identity and identity attributes, roles, and PII
  • Identity Access Management and related solutions
  • Mobile Application Management/Mobile Device Management/Unified Endpoint Management
  • Identity as a Service and related solutions
  • Application implementation and support, especially related to requirements, testing, and integration
  • Authentication and related solutions including Microsoft Active Directory
  • Planning, architecting, and executing/implementing identity solutions and strategies
  • Documenting policies and procedures
