Period of performance A base year, with one (1) Option Year. 2080 hours each
Working Hours Regular office schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch period from 12pm-1pm, excluding all weekends and Federal holidays.
US Citizen Mandatory
Security Clearance Preferred any active clearance or investigation. Or capable of passing an extensive background check BI Level 6 or higher
Experience Preferred defense or Department of Justice experience

Job Duties
The Contractor shall provide a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as required, include but not limited to the following:
  1. Clerical and Administrative Tasks
  1. Contractor shall provide reception desk duties including: greets visitors, determine nature of visits and directing visitors to appropriate person; answering all incoming calls, screening and directing to appropriate person; escorting visitors within secured spaces; making appointments; answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
  2. Contractor shall open and disseminate incoming mail, parcels and deliveries. This task will include packing and preparation of all outgoing/incoming mail including FedEx, US Government Client and bulk shipments.
  3. Contractor shall assist with simple general clerical repetitive office tasks such as opening mail, operating basic office equipment, assisting with inventory of equipment, filing and stuffing/ addressing envelopes.
  4. Contractor shall assist with federal records processing, retrieval of records from record centers using automated system, tracking of records requested/received/returned.
  5. Contractor shall assist with planning and preparation of travel authorizations and vouchers for employees. Assist with management of government vehicles issued to the office.
  6. Contractor shall perform other miscellaneous office tasks as required.
  7. All information and data related to this project that the contractor gathers or obtains shall be both protected from unauthorized release and considered the property of the government. The contractor shall not disseminate any information nor contact any agency without prior approval by the Administrative Officer concerning the performance of this contract. Contractor recognizes tha\ the USAO has and will have law enforcement interests, as well as non­ privileged information obtained from federal agencies and employees, and other proprietary information (collectively "information ") which are valuable, special and unique assets of the USAO.
