Job Duties
  1. Logistics Support:
  • Process shipments from the OEM Department(such as, but not limited to shipping requisitions and labels, transportation to the mail room, and entry of shipping data into a database).
  • Assist with annual equipment inventory for OEM department. Coordinate with command equipment management to ensure department equipment inventory list is kept up to date
  • Assist with routine consumable OEM Department supply inventory.
  1. Data Entry Skills, organization skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs to include but not limited to: Excel, Access, Word, and SharePoint.
  2. The contract employee should be able to work independently once trained.
  3. Ability to utilize computer, fax, copier, scanner and other office equipment
  4. Performance Standards and Quality Measurement:
Data Input
  • Data entry of at least 100 asbestos forms per 8 hour day with an error free rate of 99%, when forms are available for processing.
  • Enter data for tracking and inventory purposes within 2 business days of receipt.
  • When required generate scheduled (i.e. daily, weekly, and/or monthly) work status reports.
Record Management
