Position Description

AZDES in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Administrative Assistant 3 to start on 7/2/2018.

Qualifications:
Skill level similar to AA3 with emphasis in coordinating and oversight of transition of multiple departments in Pharmacy transition to different PBM
Prepare agendas and notes for pharmacy meetings and responses to our regulator AHCCCS
Scheduling meetings with inter and intra-agency stakeholders, moderate amount of calendaring, assistance in HR recruitment and onboarding, tracking and assignment of case and administrative reviews approximately 70 a month
Support for therapies/home mods/aug com units especially in the collection of metrics and A3 to upload to the Director and CMO
Scheduling and preparing of hearing preps and hearing, scheduling of meetings for medical doctors with outside health care plans and regional behavioral health authorities and internally, review and preparation of lecture notes and power point presentations and policy reviews. This is not an inclusive list.
Proficient in Office, PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx, Skype, instant messaging, calendaring, taking minutes, Outlook and professionalism in all lines of communication.
Tableau and creating databases will be looked upon favorably.
