Description/Comment: • Customer Communication to include responding to customer, vender emails and phone calls.
• Maintain Daily and Weekly Install Schedule
• Schedule and coordinate Field Tech Schedules with venders
• Maintain QB
• Daily meeting with PM to brief regarding scheduling issues and changes
• Create Work Orders (WO): Lead, Hand, Aborts, Cable Chargebacks and Revisit
 Create and Dispatch Work Orders
 Revisits- Log and Reference in Quick Base (QB):
 Update customer QB files with revisit notes and billing information
 WO revisit sample was provided to you, but a formal document will be provided to you.
• Follow up on pending and recommended site revisit and issues with customer, provide PM weekly log of issues
• Compare 90 day schedule daily for changes
• Maintain cable order and track aborted sites to retrieve cable and manage the shipment of the cable to future site.
 Place cable order weekly
 Track cable orders for any changes in the schedule if cable shipped
 Schedule cable pull backs if install was pulled from schedule
• Track tech issues, missing cable and damages onsite in Quickbase and report to PM
