We are currently seeking a Program Manager contractor to assist us in our Enterprise Project Management Department at our headquarters location on Belvidere Street. The duties/responsibilities and knowledge and skills are listed below.

  • We are looking for the individual to plan, direct and coordinate activities of a physical infrastructure program ensuring that objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters.
  • The PM will manage their program and related projects by the defined "Iron Triangle” of the PM practice; Schedule, Scope and Cost.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in project planning, organizing, team motivation and delegation as well as budgeting and data analysis.

Knowledge/Skill Requirement:
  • BA / BS in Project Management practice or equivalent working experience required.
  • PMP certification required and a minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Previous experience managing physical infrastructure projects such as large-scale building construction strongly preferred.
  • Skills in MS Project Professional; MS Project Server preferred.
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills along with demonstrated organizational skills, documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage others through teamwork is required.
  • Must possess understanding of, and experience with, related business and development processes.
  • The candidate should be goal/results oriented, self-directed and need minimal direction.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ideal candidate will have the ability to operate effectively in new environments and with new processes and to collaborate as a strong team member in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess the ability to quickly identify high-influence stakeholders and enlist their support. Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Should be able to integrate information from multiple sources in order to anticipate issues and come up with solutions to resolve the problem..
  • Must possess strong skills in aggregating data into coherent recommendations for consideration by executive management, and the skill to drive management towards decisions.
  • The candidate should exhibit the capacity to influence individuals at all levels in different departments, including senior management.
  • A high degree of commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence, assertiveness and high tolerance of ambiguity are required.

Previous experience with client-facing roles required.
