This position involves daily laboratory testing of food products. The position requires significant attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Preferred skills based on previous laboratory experiences which would include: accurate weighing, pipetting and quantitative transfer of solutions and samples, ability to safely work with hazardous compounds, preparation of solutions; operation of lab equipment; and basic equipment troubleshooting. Operate and maintain a laboratory as part of a team Organize workload to maximize result output and meet deadlines Conduct analytical testing analysis Adhere to QA/QC and ISO requirements Maintain a work environment that complies with safety rules.


• Bachelor degree preferred, but not required. 0-3 years' experience in lab environments preferred.

• Proficiency in basic Word, Excel and LIMS preferred.
• Must be able to remain standing for minimum of 2 hours.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. comfortably


• 2-2-3 schedule with hours of 2 PM - 2 AM.
• Hours per Week: 36 short week, 48 long week
