The digital experience is at the heart of the relationship between the brands and their customers. Nissan aims to offer users with the best experience for their online and offline interaction with the different Alliance brands, be it through a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet or at a dealership. The ambition is to create a simple and easy user experience for all brands in the Renault-Nissan Alliance and deploy it for every region and market globally.

As Market Engagement Manager for NNA (USA, Canada, Mexico) you will be part of the Market Engagement work stream and you will demonstrate proven capabilities in working collaboratively with different teams across the Customer Experience Transformation program, building and enhancing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the globe, supporting a diverse and multi-cultural team and proactively overseeing and ensuring execution of prioritized initiatives for the markets. You will report to a Lead engagement manager with an additional dotted line reporting in the region/market.

Main Responsibilities

Accountable for successfully delivering Customer Experience (CE) initiatives for the North America region in collaboration with Global and IS partners
Communication and planning of the Nissan Digital Platform program for the North America region, including presentation with various stakeholders
Supporting Regional Product Owners and CE leads in creating new user experiences on the Nissan Digital Platform
Facilitating the implementation of CE services for North America in collaboration with IS and Global
Key Tasks Defined

Manage and monitor delivery of CE program related activities, tasks, and work streams – feature release, content development, systems integration, operational readiness, business readiness
Develop Route-to-Launch plans for the Nissan Digital Platform with various stakeholders
Manage progress and monitor/control program tasks to ensure that deadlines are met appropriately – cost, schedule, scope
Communicate/escalate program status, issues and risks to management in a proactive manner
Act as single point of contact for CE related initiatives, including being the point of escalation from regional market teams
Coordinate and conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders either internal or external
Assist the PMO in project planning, daily stand-up meetings, review, release planning and other activities that ensure on-going success of the program
Pro-actively identify tasks/processes within the CE initiatives that are not sufficiently defined and/or areas of ambiguity and drive resolution with the relevant parties
Assist in the development and facilitation of program project plan(s) and manage project rollout for NNA (Nissan US, Canada, Mexico) regions and markets
Support preparation for and facilitation of program 'kick-off' for regions not on Nissan Digital platform. Conduct sessions with individual market teams, explaining the market engagement and rollout process to follow
Assess project issues and identify solutions to remove development and project roadblocks
Coordinate with Global and IS organizations for standards, guidelines, and policies for effective implementation

Qualifications or Knowledge

Functional knowledge of web applications, information systems, digital marketing solutions such as mobile, social media platforms are a must
Global enterprise implementation experience
Automotive digital marketing, including content creation, campaigns, social media, digital display media are strongly preferred but not necessary
Knowledge of distributed product development and support tools such as Jira, documentation wikis, configuration tools preferred
Working or knowledge of agile software development methodologies required
Experience implementing Customer experience initiatives
Experience defining, tracking and monitor business value and business case validation
Ability to drive for results with minimal to no supervision
NNA Specific Responsibilities

Assist both IS and the business in platform selection and maintenance, including cost sharing recommendations and implications of global alignment
Support NNA business units in review of current systems, including both vehicle and customer data and the onboarding of Helios
Be included in kick-off and close-out sessions and documents for key retail/customer technology projects to ensure ROI and stakeholder collaboration
Ensure assets are produced in accordance with cross platform consumption, while recommending cohesive UX solutions
Have a voice on the governance board, working toward a breakdown of silos with a mission to minimize duplication of asset generation and confusion for dealers and customers
Share best practices on proper data points within initiatives, KPIs and reporting structures to ensure ROI
Leverage relationships in solutions for software, hardware and connectivity at retail
Communicate key projects from mature global market (NNA) to GHQ, including challenges overcome, opportunities and lessons learned for potential global implementation
Ensure that key NNA business priorities and unique market conditions are represented in global technology decisions
Experience

6+ years of business transformation experience
Technology familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and Adobe suite of products is a plus (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
Experience presenting to C-level executives required?
