Job Description
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Analyst will be responsible for the process management of Nissan TA Intern program. This program is designed to identify and select qualifying college students for our summer intern programs. The TA Analyst will work with HRBP's and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and the successful hiring of our Interns. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for tracking metrics, projects, and building effective relationships with cross functional partners and colleges to allow success to this program.
Project Management of the Intern Program
• Maintain metrics and issues log for the Intern Program
• Build and maintain relationships with stake holders for college recruiting
• Process offer letters for Interns in Workday Recruit
• Monitor and assign Intern candidates to requisitions in Workday Recruit
• Ensure the successful completion of college and intern hiring
• Travel 10% during interview season (fall)
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Analyst will be responsible for the project management of the Nissan Pathways Conversion Program and is an integral team member of the TA College Recruiting Team.

The Nissan Pathway Program is designed to identify and select qualifying contract technicians and convert them to Nissan full time employees. The 3 stages of the program are the evaluation, the recruiting process, and finally, the conversion. The TA Analyst will work with Monozukuri HRBP's to ensure a positive candidate experience and the successful hiring of our Pathways conversions
