Duties:

The Human Resources Specialist will assist the Head of Human Resources with the onboarding and off boarding of employees, gathering information from countries within the region, reporting on KPIs, responsible for daily operational support in a high energy, fast paced environment that includes interacting with internal client groups.

 

  • Manage new hire onboarding process.
  • Assist with Regional Office recruitment efforts (job postings; pre-screen interviews and coordination of interviews with hiring managers; employment offer drafting).
  • Produce and translate corporate regional communications (English/Spanish).
  • Provide support to Head of Human Resources in Talent and Performance Management as well as Compensation Planning and Execution.
  • Support in the preparation of materials for workshops and meetings.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and ongoing support of employee recognition, team-building and company cultural journey programs.

Requirement:

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, handle a variety of tasks and remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience working in a Human Resources department. Knowledge of HR trends, employee development, recruitment, HR analytics.
  • Strong communication skills. Manages and communicates effectively with different audiences using compelling arguments and maneuvers comfortably through people‐related organizational dynamics
  • Managing Change - Quickly adapts to match shifting demands of different situations and operates effectively during times of uncertainty
  • Operational Excellence - Navigates processes and procedures to get things done while focusing on continuous improvement whenever possible
Education:

Ideal Background:

Education:

        • University degree in/and Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management
  • Languages: Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese desirable.
