Work Location flexible for San Francisco or Concord office.*** Minimum: • Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience for positions ranging from entry level to management • High School Degree or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma Desired: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Corporate Recruiting experience with both Represented and Non-Represented positions • Prior project management experience • Process oriented with experience working with data to drive business decisions • Collaborative and Consultative • Experience with government regulations relating to hiring practices, including but not limited to: OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action • Experience or familiarity with Success Factors as an applicant tracking and recruitment tool • Broad knowledge of all aspects of human resource administration • Experience with in-house recruiting for large organizations (10,000+ employees) • Ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment • Ability to interface with all professional levels (from Supervisors to Officers) in a complex environment

Support one or multiple lines of business as the demand requires. The Expert Recruiter demonstrates proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage 20+ requisitions at a time with minimal supervision. This is a fast-paced position in an always changing process and technology landscape. The successful candidate will also have a broad knowledge or prior experience to support both Represented and Non-Represented positions. They need to be able to demonstrate previous success to hit the ground running, create and execute strategic recruiting plans. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members to efficiently drive the process and produce results. The successful candidate must also have the ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing high-touch recruitment processes. • Provide exceptional client service and manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting at PG&E • Lead or Partner on cross-functional projects that benefit the broader Recruiting or HR organization. • Lead the development and management of an array of strategies and action plans to meet short and long-term recruiting and sourcing needs and objectives of the organizations supported. • Monitor and report on the progress and success of strategies, plans and programs. • Serves as point of contact to leaders within the Lines of Business for all recruiting matters • Creates and implements strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet client needs. • Initiate, develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation Managers, and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility • Conduct complete and detailed intake sessions, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements • Identify opportunities to positively impact diversity hiring efforts • Build an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit as required • Work cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities • Visit hiring manager department to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and to foster relationships • Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form and timeliness • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
