BUSINESS ANALYST - Bachelor degree - 1 – 3 years of experience - No Driving Required.

Assist in the design, development and execution of marketing and promotional programs and elements. Work with the Wholesale and Certified Collision Marketing teams and third party vendors to develop marketing and promotional materials. Work with national accounts to design and execute program offerings that will increase part sales into this distribution channel. Conduct research and analysis to continuously improve program elements. Develop and maintain monthly sales tracking reports and program scorecards and KPIs. Present findings to Parts & Service Sales and Marketing team. Assist Wholesale Sales and Marketing, Regions, Field and vendors to resolve program issues and develop solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement program elements. Perform program administration duties including managing communications to NNA dealers and field organization, handling day-to-day communication and other tasks required to manage programs. Support dealers, program partners and field personnel with wholesale Mechanical Advantage and Wholesale Advantage Program initiatives and tools. Communicate and track regional and tactical promotions designed to increase sales of wholesale targeted products which improves profit, IRF awareness, and increase market share.
Analyzes and develops business cases to support promotions.
Manage training/educational video production, materials, and launch kits for Dealers, Regional Wholesale Managers, and Wholesale Parts District Managers. Assist with vendor execution of all wholesale related programs to ensure quality/ timing/productivity.

Required / Desired Skills
Job Knowledge and Skill:
Understanding of automotive aftermarket parts business, 1 – 3 years of experience working in similar corporate environment. Experience executing similar complex and diverse programs. Experience: At least 3 years of related marketing program management support, brand management, marketing and channel management and customer relationship management. Supervisory Experience: Experience working in cross-functional teams. No prior formal supervisory responsibilities. Education: Bachelor degree from an accredited university in a related Marketing, Program Management, or Channel/Brand Management discipline Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, web applications, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to create communication, analysis, and program management solutions.
