What You'll Do:
o Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, performance-driven, product development environment where market-driven dynamics influence project planning and execution on a routine basis.
o Help establish process workflows for the hardware development organization aligned with LEAN and Agile development principles.
o Work with peer organizations to ensure efficient interfaces to intra-organizational processes.
o Assist in establishing KPI's and reporting mechanisms to measure organization productivity, and product quality.

o LEAN
 Continuous Improvement – Empower employees to continuously improve business processes/systems and develop and escalate ideas and solutions
 Ability to apply statistical analysis to complex business problems
 Ability to facilitate projects and ensure their compliance while pushing the status quo and achieving measurable improvements
o Agile/Kanban
 Prepare Kanban boards by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, trends, and usage information to proactively communicate equipment usage and scheduling
Skills and Experience, You'll Need to Be Successful:
o LEAN Principles
 A comprehensive understanding of continuous improvement, quality methodologies and management systems. (i.e. Kaizen, Six-Sigma, Root cause Analysis etc.)
 Proven skills equivalent to a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
o Education/Experience
 Bachelor degree is required
 Proven record of delivery against deadlines
 Experience in manufacturing plants and processes
 Proven track record of developing, training, and coaching
 Experience in driving product development organizations to comply with CMMI (Level 3) and ISO:9001 regulations
o Leadership
 To challenge the status quo and push for constant improvement
 Influencing leadership skills and ability to delegate to get work done through others
 Self-motivated and able to demonstrate leadership, team, and individual contributor accomplishments

 Proven ability to communicate with all levels of an organization

Ideally, you will also have the following:
o Master's degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred
o A PMP certification is preferred
o Lean Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt certification by a nationally recognized entity is preferred
o Previous experience leading or assisting process change projects related to the implementation and use of Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma approaches is preferred, including the disciplined use of change management methodologies
o A Minimum of 10 years' continuous improvement experience with a focus on operations and/or engineering
