• The operations analyst oversees the "order to cash” process for the hospitality industry, working with the cross-functional teams to turn order requests into delivered systems to our client's sites. This is a communication intensive role that requires a high level of multitasking and the ability to work with multiple teams across an array of different disciplines.
• Serve as a liaison for the Sales Account Teams related to all customer orders.
• Schedules orders considering forecasted, material availability, and plant capacity. Coordinates order changes or shifts in customer requirements such as cancellations, add-ons, product substitutions, delivery address changes, quantity changes, and desired receipt date.
• Maintain accuracy of the Scheduled Arrival Date on customer orders to ensure proper sourcing and customer delivery.

• Provide Promise Dates to reflect the supplier committed ship date as needed.

• Expedite with Buyers to address supply and delivery exceptions that may interfere with the on-time or complete delivery of all hardware and software products associated with a customer sales order.

• Accountable for Revenue Alignment and Management. Ensures all order lines are invoice eligible in line with revenue recognition targets by providing updates to management on potential risk or issues

• Active support of the regional inventory management team including participation in inventory/ asset review meetings and management meetings, as necessary.
• Works on a diverse scope, which requires analysis within general defined practices
• Identifies areas of improvement, understands issues, takes corrective action or escalates appropriately


• Bachelor's Degree and/or 2 years of similar work experience in Order Management and in a customer facing, customer service role.
• Balance a variety of stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel, Word, and Outlook; Access would be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
