US Citizen Mandatory
Security Clearance Active clearance is preferred. Able to pass background check and successfully secure and maintain an HHS issued Personnel Identity Verification (PIV) security card.
Experience Look for minimum of 3-4 years of federal experience. Specially, with the Dept. of Health and Human Services.
 
Job Duties
  • Provide a broad range of non-inherently government support services.
  • Reviewing EEO case files
  • Scanning documents contained in case files
  • Up-loading documents into the EEOCO electronic complaints data base
  • Physically placing files on shelves in the EEOCO file room
  • Opening EEOCO mail
  • Scanning and logging EEOCO mail
  • Assisting Specialists with filing Intake documents
  • Assisting Specialists in acquiring workforce profiles via BIIS
  • Assisting EEO Specialists with filing case documents both in the electronic data base
  • and in the EEOCO file room
  • Identifying case files for required destruction
  • Assisting with preparing labels for mailing
  • Assisting with General Administrative tasks
