The Customer Scheduling Specialist manages the special handling of service dispatch customers utilizing the SAP CONA Application. This role will involve daily use of Excel, and collaboration with multiple teams. This role identifies, researches and communicates capacity directly to our Planning team. This role will also be making customer readiness calls, directly interfacing with Client Customers and Sales Team. - Participates in feedback sessions with management to improve service level performance at customer sites, including high incidence. - Acts as a direct customer contact -- to include handling ETA?s on escalated calls. - Makes informed decisions regarding high profile customer scheduling in order to minimize the financial impact to the customer and maximize customer satisfaction. - Is responsible for recognizing patterns in the alerts system and recommending ways in which customer service and efficiency can be improved
