BUSINESS ANALYST - Bachelors Degree - 5 - 7 years experience - No Driving required.
Job Functions Develop and coach leadership principles such as: leading teams, delegation, collaboration, change management, negotiation, persuading & influencing, entrepreneurship, personal accountability, communication, followership, learning, trust, body language/confidence, executive presence, initiative, decision making and many more. One-on-one coaching utilizing both in house 360 tools and external assessment results Ability to give, receive, and help learners implement feedback and create development plans (in partnership with their leader). Support leaders on the effectiveness of their team's individual development plans utilizing coaching competencies. Research new ideas for coaching tools/resources and integrate them into learning & coaching activities Identify specific successful criteria for coaching tier levels for both mature and learning functions. Partner & train with HRBP to improve coach leaders and others involved in employee development efforts Work with team to tailor program content consistent with the variable needs of learners-new managers, experience managers, managers of managers and executive leaders in addition to various learning styles Facilitate training through a variety of environments including virtual and classroom style utilizing highly interactive, experiential, and dynamic fashion, including role-play, improve, games, and demonstrations Evaluate coaching effectiveness through surveys and/or follow up conversations and provide suggestions for improvement according to feedback. Identify robust ROI measures to be implementation at target specific points in the coaching process to measure success for coachee and coach including reports and potential dashboards for tracking coaching process Collaborate and encourage key leaders within the organization to embrace a learning organization mindset As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative. Minimum Qualifications Job Knowledge and Skill: Demonstrated ability to coach through face-to-face, phone, video conference and through dynamic learning methods. Experience coaching emerging talent to higher levels of leadership. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Dynamic, engaging facilitator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to interface with a variety of audiences. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced organization Experience: Minimum 5-7 years' experience delivering leadership development, communication skills, self-improvement, or motivational coaching Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or Coaching. Certifications/Accreditations in the application of Psychological assessments, including personality and behavioral tests and simulations Computer Skills: Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.
