  • Requirements:The HR Shared Services Center (HRSC) is looking for a team member with skills and competency to manage the Auburn Hills Complex records room and process PeopleSoft transaction entries.
    Daily maintenance of the following:
I-9's: Maintain active and inactive employee I-9's, update status/employment eligibility in PeopleSoft, ensure government compliance for audits, tracking I-9 expiration status and sending re-verification reminder emails, tracking business travelers.
  • Personnel record maintenance to include daily/weekly and monthly reporting/filing to ensure compliance for Auburn Hills Complex
  • Processing subpoena and personnel file requests
  • Oversee all Closed Plant Activities (records, subpoena requests, retirements, Leave of absence processing, Transfers, SUB, and disability leave tracking)
  • Employment Verifications
  • Department mail distribution
  • Process Service Award Re-order Requests
  • PeopleSoft Transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for U.S. facilities


Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or HR related area
Prior experience entering HR system transactions
Working knowledge of SOX principles
Experience working with an HRIS System
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working with PeopleSoft HR

Additional Responsibilities:
Back-up Disability Program Administrator/Employment Administrator to include: Processing disability transactions and assisting with HBU/SBU progressions
