Security Clearance Active clearance is preference or able to clear any type of background clearance.
Experience 6-8 years Federal Experience Preferred
Experience with Department of Interior Preferred.

Job Duties
Provide on-site FileMaker Server based maintenance/troubleshooting within 24 hours (next business day), once notified of an issue. This includes occasional development for the PUBS Workgroup Information System (the system), located at Harpers Ferry Center, 67 Mather Place, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, 25425.
  • Be a FileMaker Certified Developer.
  • Experience in respond to trouble calls/issues within next business day (24 hours).
  • Create monthly report on the calls, issues and work-related logs.
  • Take calls and provide support by attending it at the workstation itself.
  • Assist in the maintenance of applications, including 24×7, high-availability systems
  • Understanding and experience programming.
  • Create and maintain job schedules, job tracking, client communications, team communications, Web reports, and other documents that may be required.
  • Coordinate project activities with client.
  • Produce organized and informative system documentation, including details of application configuration and installation and client infrastructure.
  • Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of previous support issues.
  • Create training curricula and documentation.
  • Train users on applications and help them resolve application issues.
