One position will be assisting the recruiting team with new candidates and the other position will be more of and office support and assisting with training.

Position Description:

Manager is looking for admin support who can perform various administrative tasks form data entry, to scheduling meetings, calling references, answering phones, managing documents and writing letters from established templates, with above average skills in excel, word, and outlook. She needs someone with administrative experience and who is a self-starter and could be up and running quickly after being trained. She is not looking for anyone with management experience as this is truly a low/mid-level administrative roll.

RECRUITMENT:

• generating offer letters
• binging interviewees up from front desk

OPERATIONS:
• creating personnel files
• filing
• binging people up from front desk

TRAINING:
• room set-up
• equipment set-up
• updating training spreadsheet (if we are able to get master list out of TraCorp)

ERC:
• setting up rooms
• preparations (food etc.)
