Title: Sales Ops Business Associate
Location: California (San Diego)
Position Description: Business Associate, Sales Operations

This position will support key business initiatives that will drive increased sales. Example work includes sales training and collateral development, survey design & data cuts, data collection through primary & secondary research, and process redesign.

Your analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking, powerpoint, and excel skills will be called upon from day one.
This role will work with the Director of Account Strategy and Deployment and Senior Business Associates. Required location: San Diego, CA.

It is required that the candidate must have the ability to work teams to drive consistent deliverables in a timely manner without direct reporting responsibilities of the content curators at the field level.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the technology or management consulting industries. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must. Sharepoint development experience a plus.

Key qualifications and experience:
• Experience in technology, consulting, or other business management environments beneficial, but not required
• Strong critical thinker with ability to ramp-up on quickly on Teradata business & sales processes
• Robust communication skills (verbal, written) including ability to present, facilitate, and negotiate
• Independent problem solver who will take initiative and execute work
• Must be deadline driven, organized and able to multi-task

Bachelor degree with strong GPA required.
