Audi Digital Learning Coordinator

Required:
• 3 (preferably 5) years of instructional design in digital formats (web, mobile, interactive...)
• BA or comparable work experience
• Deep experience with and understanding of instructional design (adult learning theory)
• Graphic/Instructional design degree or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of web course authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora or similar)
• Expert knowledge in MS PowerPoint, Keynote and iBook development
• Proficient knowledge and experience with SCORM publishing standards and LMS
• Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat

Desired:
• Recognized Industry Certification(s) or coursework specifically in Instructional and/or Digital Design
• Experience with a large international brand and working creatively within closely define Corporate Identity Standards
• Proficient knowledge of project management
• Proficient knowledge in video editing (Premier/After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Proficient knowledge and experience with front-end web development and related technologies (HTML/5, CSS/3, JavaScript, J-Query, etc.)
• Automotive experience

Role Summary:
Key to the efficiency and quality of the training capabilities of the Audi brand within the US market is the effective use of an internal training development resource to cover video, graphic and digital formats. This position is for the digital role within this internal team and will focus primarily on learning curriculum development in Articulate Storyline, Smartboards and mobile formats. New and additional digital platforms are expected to be added to this role as both the Audi brand and the digital learning technology market continue to expand in scope and capabilities. These new platforms expect to focus on greater use of automated information presentation, interactive digital platforms and personal mobile devices. Expected new formats will include game play treatments of multiple short question formats vs large singular programs; skills and capabilities development vs product and process tests; and learning assessment and development planning vs standalone testing and certification.

Role Responsibilities:

Main responsibility
• Work with subject matter experts to develop training content
• Develop design templates and standards
• Convert existing web content across formats and build assessments
• Upload training content and test prior to launching
• Aggregate design assets for Audi Academy communications, product launches and other initiative
• Apply exceptional design aesthetics, sound instructional design principles and strong writing skills to create a range of training content for print, web and digital media (including mobile)


Additional responsibilities
• Web site design and configuration of non-training digital tools for the larger Audi brand
• Research and technical platform assessments
• Other duties as assigned

Work flexibility:
• Opportunity for 25% work from remote/home
• Expectation for 5% travel (maybe less)

Fixed Weekly Worker- Max 40 Hours Per Week - Not Eligible for Overtime
