Responsibilities: Applies electrical, electronic and mechanical principles to components and systems, including assembly, analysis, and documentation of results; construction of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components; and quality testing. Supports and participates in the design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems. HOURS: 9/80 workweek
Requirements: NOTE: US Citizen. Preferred candidates with an active DOD Secret clearance. 9 Years relevant experience with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD. Electrical Cable/Wire Harness routing design experience. Familiarity and experience with CATIA V5 Computer Aided Design system. In particular, knowledge and experience with Electrical Work Bench within CATIA. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience performing electrical wire-harness installation design on military aircraft. Experience with good design practice, such as SAE AS50881 or similar.
Education: Bachelors in Science, Masters, or PhD is required.
